Our Process: What It’s Like to Work with Cineoz Studios

1. The First Conversation

It always starts with a chat. No pressure, no jargon — just us listening.

You might come to us with a loose idea (“We want something cinematic for our new skincare line”), or a full creative deck. Either way, our first goal is to understand your brand, your tone, and the real story behind what you’re trying to say.

From there, we’ll offer some creative thoughts and rough options — from visual tone to possible formats or platforms.

“It’s not about making things look cool — it’s about making them feel right.”

2. Creative Development

Once we’re aligned, we start shaping the idea into something real.

This might include:

  • A concept deck

  • Moodboards + visual references

  • Scripting + copywriting

  • Shotlist and storyboards

We might even bring in music references or casting suggestions early — especially if the project is character- or performance-driven.

We’ll go back and forth with you until we feel the creative is strong, meaningful, and producible within budget.

3. Pre-Production

This is where the machine starts moving.

We handle everything — from casting, crew, and gear, to location scouting, wardrobe pulls, production design, and scheduling. You’ll get regular updates and a clear timeline. We also use tools like ClickUp and Frame.io so everything’s transparent and trackable.

“Our job is to take the stress off you, not add to it.”

We’ll also lock in key deliverables here — how many videos, aspect ratios, durations, deadlines, etc.

4. Shoot Day

It’s a bit of magic and a lot of prep.

Our team works fast but carefully — always protecting performance, story, and lighting. We keep things light, but we’re efficient. Whether it’s a two-person crew or a 30-person shoot, we try to run a tight, respectful, and collaborative set.

If you’re on set with us, we’ll guide you through the day and involve you in key approvals. If you’re remote, we’ll stream the monitor to you live or send stills as we go.

5. Post-Production

This is where it all comes together.

We edit in-house, starting with rough cuts for structural review. Once that’s aligned, we move into:

  • Color grading

  • Sound design

  • Music licensing or scoring

  • Motion graphics (if needed)

We work in rounds — each time sharper and more polished. You’ll always know where we are and what we need from you.

6. Delivery & Beyond

Once final cuts are approved, we’ll export all the versions you need — formatted for platforms, territories, or campaign rollouts.

We also keep backups of your projects and assets in case you need anything later. Some clients even come back months later to repurpose footage into new formats (and yes, we love that).

“More than a one-off job, we’re here for the long game.”

Ready to Start Something?

We’re always open to new collaborations — whether it’s a small idea you want to explore or a full-scale production. You don’t need to have it all figured out. That’s what we’re here for.

Let’s tell your story, the right way.
